This sweet wedding moment was taken in The Somerley room at Fox Hollow Catering in Woodbury.
When photographing moments, I like to tell the story by using a layered composition. Here, the bride's sister and Maid of Honor is in the foreground holding her speech that has been typed on paper; leading our eyes to the bride as she wipes away a tear.
Moments like this look especially poignant in black and white, allowing the viewer to feel the emotion.
