This romantic bride and groom portrait was taken in the wine cellar at Pellegrini Vineyards in Cutchogue NY.
I love using dramatic lighting, to showcase the mood of their stunning wine cellar. It is one of my favorite features at Pellegrini Vineyards.
And, if it should rain; this is a wonderful niche to create beautiful portraits.
Most couples having their wedding at a vineyard are wine lovers and I like to provide them with a variety of images that showcase the element of winemaking.
The vines in Pellegrini's fields are some of the prettiest on the North Fork as they are one of the only ones that have gentle rolling hills. It makes for a wonderful ceremony location.
After your ceremony your guests will be treated to refreshments and make their way to the cocktail hour.
Your reception will be held under a tent in the courtyard and the best feature of all is that the courtyard is built on top of a cement slab. Therefore, the "floor" of your tent will always be tidy; unlike when tents are assembled on grass lawns and can get muddy quickly.
